Tooling, Parts and Consumables

TTF hold stock, at our office/warehouse in Leeds, of most of the common parts and barrier material used for HF welding machines:

The most common parts and barrier material are held in stock for next day despatch, more specialist parts can be sourced with quotes and lead times provided on enquiry. Parts are despatched worldwide.

Tooling

Tooling, sometimes known as welding bars, can be manufactured in aluminium or brass and are designed to meet the specific requirements of the product you are making. For example, to form non-linear shapes/lines or to accommodate intricate design elements. Tooling can be fixed or interchangeable depending on your requirements.

If required, before manufacture of the final tooling takes place, prototype tooling can be developed to check suitability and usability. The correct tooling can be an essential part of making your product efficiently and to a high standard.
