The Zander range of automatic machinery caters for the production of many stationary products such as transfer files, square cut folders & folder blanking. Wallets, legal folders, X-ray & indexed or tabbed folders are included in the range. Not forgetting of course, suspension files with inserted, clamped in and glued in rails.

Gusset insertion machine
This Zander machine produces pocketed files and wallets and is cost effective to operate with a quick change over. As standard the machine is ready for production with ultrasonic welding and on request, it can be supplied with heat. Protected by photocells to help prevent jam-ups, cycle speeds of approximately 50pcs/min can be expected depending on the length used. Production speeds can be maintained due to the Paternoster feeder which enables raw material addition during production. Processable material consists of Natron & Manilla cardboard. |

Suspension file machine
This machine is designed for the automatic production of suspension files with clamped in rails, glued in rails and inserted rails. It can work from precut blanks or from rolls of material. The machine consists of:
- Sheet feeder
- Creasing
- Glueing
- Rail insertion
- Folding and pressing edges to fix rail
- Centre fold
- Twin track delivery station

Section folding machine, Type A
Complete with sheet feeder, this machine is designed for the efficient production of folded sections. With a faster change over, productions speeds of 8-10000 sheets per hour can be achieved. The folded sections are delivered in a scale stack for easy handling with a total production counter and a preset counter. |

HR-Automatic divider making machine
Convertors looking to turn their hand to the manufacture of flat files, square cut folders, file bodies, divider sheets and tabbed folders need look no further! The HR-Automatic divider making machine is of a modular construction with reel fed production. Consisting of:
- Roll stand or double roll stand
- Cross cutter with in-line slitting
- Reinforcing strip insertion
- Printing
- Punching
- Creasing and folding
- Delivery station

Additional units are available for corner rounding, creasing and folding, stitching and file hole punching, and scale type delivery. There is the option of a sheet feeder with side feed and turning table for positioning the cross cutting and printing stations.
Producing 8-10000 files per hour with a quick change over, this machine is very cost effective to operate. |
