Pick and Place Board Robot
The robot is designed to pick and place up to 12 pre-cut cardboards from the carousel loading stations to the H.F. welding table. The cardboards are retained in two separate robust magazines to allow for reloading on the carousel. This facilitates uninterrupted production. The cardboards are lifted from the top of the magazine by up to 12 vacuum cups and smoothly transferred to the welding table. The vacuum cup assemblies are floating so that variations in the quantity of cardboard loaded in the individual sections of the magazine can be accommodated. The unit is complete with integrated vacuum system, PLC sequence control and can be directly connected to HDW 25 series H.F. welding machines. |

Computer Controlled Automatic Up-and-Over Tray Welding Machine
Models HDW1022 and HDW1522 are suited to the manufacture of all sheeted products. The two tier tray system, driven by a smooth motor with sinusoidal movement, guarantees accurate location of components and also fully utilizes the operator's time.
COMPUTER CONTROL
The incorporation of a full computer into the control system eliminates unreliable electro-mechanical components and at the same time provides a port for instant production control information. This facility means that your new THOR welding machine is ready for full integration into a CAM production system. Until such time the computer is used to store settings of individual tools allowing fast re-tooling of the machine, this combined with the loading system and overall compact design results in a highly efficient machine. |

Double Foot Press 4kW Welding Machine Model HDW 403
Model HDW403 is a highly cost-effective double foot press welding machine on which two operators can simultaneously produce eithertwo different products, pre-welds or part welds. The use of a common generator with a maximum 4kW output results in very cost-effective production....with two machine operators but only ONE generator. Each foot toggle press is independent of the other and separate power settings and welding times are possible.
The Thor HDW403 is designed for occasional work where pre-welds or part-welds are required. The unit can also be used extensively for bar welds on protective clothing, blinds, tarpaulins etc. |
