Plastic Welding Machinery & Converting...to the future


Hisen H.F. welding machines are fully automatic and computer controlled in-line units designed to work from material rolls. Highly suitable for fast speed production of photo pockets, PVC pouches, plastic files, chequebook covers, etc.
The standard set-up starts with a welding press, automatic take off unit and stripping unit.
Auxiliary equipment like hot stamping press, boardfeeder and PVC feeder may also be mounted to meet production requirements.


 

Model HDW 1024 & 1524

 

Model HDW 1024S & 1524S

These models are in-line machines with a hot stamping press.
Designed for the production of files or folders requiring a printed caption or mark, a hot stamping unit can be fitted.
A material out sensor can be fitted to give advance warning of foil running out with options of flashing lights, buzzer or automatic machine stop.


 

Model HDW 1024B & 1524B


Are in-line machines with a boardfeeder.

For automatic welding of board filled items on an in-line machine, a board feeder can be fitted to place cardboard automatically onto the in-line machine.

The cardboards are retained in tow separate robust magazines to allow for the reloading on the carousel. This facilitates uninterrupted production. A highly versatile machine for flexible production of pockets and binders.

Computer Controlled Four Station Rotary Table

Models 1025 & 1525 H.F. welding machines have been designed fro the high speed production of complex sheeted products.
The advanced mechanical design combined with a unique computer control system results in a machinery package which has no equal. The computer enables variations of R.F. output and process times for each individual work station as well as various operational modes. In addition to the advantage of computer, the table is driven by a precision roller-cam actuator which results in a fast transfer speed with accurate location. The computer mechanical features are then combined with an integrated press and the latest R.F. technology. To compliment the rotary table machine there is also available a dedicated automatic board-feeder.
