Bandomatic U - The only machine that can produce urine bags completely automatically. The FIAB Bandomatic U is a machine which produces urine bags with ports, non-return valves and draining ports. It is equipped with 2 HF-generators for safer in-welding of ports. Production rates are as high as 25-30 cycles per minute depending on product design. Injection moulded PVC ports are inserted and welded automatically. The machine also has a programmable conveyor for finished products. The FIAB Bandomatic is based on a system of modules, but it is custom made to meet the wishes and needs of each customer.
SYSTEMATIC 5-8-12 The FIAB Systematic is a fully automatic machine for the high speed production of photo pockets, cheque-book covers and other products where materials can be taken direct from rolls. The production speed is from 12 to 18 cycles per minute depending on the design of the product. The Systematic may also be equipped with a hot die cutting unit or an embossing unit and may easily be converted into a shuttle table machine. These features make the Systematic a very versatile machine for consumer products made of PVC films. CPG-3 Eyelet Welding Machine     This compact unit consists of a movable 3 kW FIAB HF generator and eyelet welding/punching station. The unit is logically and ergonomically constructed. Uses for the machine are numerous but are predominantly used for welding different plastic eyelets. The welding press and punching unit is a well known CARMO product that can be used to weld single or double eyelets. The punching is carried out under 65 N pressure. It is therefor possible to punch out more than 4 layers of reinforced plastic without difficulty. The adjustable mechanical depth stop ensures a constant quality weld. The frequency inverted drive ensures a precise and smooth travel movement, allowing an optimum speed of 25 meters per minute at 73 Hz.
The FIAB "PL" machine cycles (welds) in correspondence to the length of the electrode. Mains power and air is fed to the machine via a caterpillar track situated on the rails eleminating overhead cables. The Simatic PLC-control has several advantages over a conventional system enabling us to meet specific customer needs by programming customized functions.
The self diagnistc system oversees all parameters and informs the user (on the "Clear Text" display) of any actual disturbances. Thus allowing 90% of any potential fault to be rectified by the operator almost eliminating down time. The unique pneumatic quick tool change system standard in every FIAB PL machine. The health and safety standards are of the highest level and meet all new CE regulations.
