Rotamatic - The turntable system for rational production.
The Rotamatic is a fully automatic plastic welding machine. It can make folders, binders, albums and boxes - most things that are manufactured with a cardboard insert.
The Rotamatic uses rolls of plastic and will weld, emboss and punch. It can also insert cardboard, printed matter, embossed screened film and rivet binder spines. A fully equipped version consists of 12 units.

The Rotamatic can be safely and easily operated by one person, and has a capacity of about 450 cycles/hour.
This is equivalent
to 900 A4 binders or folders per hour, often more. The Rotamatic is a flexible, modular system.
The units can be replaced and moved as necessary for new products.
The system is flexible allowing a small initial investment, a welding press and turn-table, for example.
As capacity requirements increase, further plug-in modules can be added to the system.
The Rotamatic can handle up to 3.5 million binders per year!
This example is based on a machine working a three-shift system. With the Rotamatic you can also manufacture binders with embossing, inner pockets, spine pockets, foam padding, pockets for writing pads, plastic covered paper inserts, blind embossing and rivets.
The Rotamatic system can also be adapted to manufacture telephone directory covers, card holders, travel wallets, address books, desk mats, wallets,
record boxes, cassette boxes, video boxes, tool holders, slide binder folders, photograph albums, cheque book holders, advertising gifts and diaries.

The Rotamatic meets safety standards.
No radiation. In most countries, permitted radiation is 5-10 mW/cm2. The Rotamatic gives off no measurable radiation at the operator's work station
Integral short-circuit protection as standard.
Stable frequency. FIAB's generator is stabilised at 27.12 MHz ±0.6%.
