Bandomatic 5 & 8
The Bandomatic 5 &
8 welds, hot
embosses and hot cuts PVC plastic from the roll. The fully automated
process produces photo pocktets, plastic binders, driving licence
holders etc. at a speed of 15-20 work cycles per minute. That's about
2,400 A4 photo pockets per hour, or about 3,500 driving licence
holders. The whole production process requires only one operator who
monitors the operation, fills the machine with new raw materials and
handles the finished product. Retooling is fast and simple, minimising
downtime and making the machine inexpensive to operate, even for small
production runs. |

The Bandomatic 5 & 8
consist of three
presses which are assembled and tailored to customer requirements. Each
press is an independant unit which can have its own, or a common power
supply. The machine across is the most common combination. The hot
embossing and hot cutting presses are mobile, while the welding press
is fixed.

- The hot embossing press can
also be used
for hot cutting. Several colours can be embossed simultaneously if the
colours do not overlap. The embossing film is fed forward by a separate
electric motor, and stroke length is adjustable to minimise wastage.
Film that is not being embossed or cut, bypasses the press via special
rollers.
- The welding press has a 5 or
8 kW
generator and an integral short-circuit protector. Operating frequency
is 27.12 MHz.
- The hot cutting press can
also be used as
a hot foil embossing press.
- Conveyor belt for removing
the finished
product. Suction cups lift the products from the belt, whilst nip
rollers remove and collect waste underneath the machine in bins.

The FIAB HP/Gantry
series is
probably the most flexible system we ever built. The Gantry HP machine
is natural progression for FIAB
being developed from the renowned PL-concept and is especially suited
for the assembly and welding of large structures.
This gantry mounted machine is available as a static or traveling unit
which in both cases is "turntable" 180 degrees to minimize material
handling. The HP have been customized with high demands for a wide
range of special flexible production needs.
The output of what this machine is capable of can only be testified by
our satisfied customers all over the world. This machine can be static
mounted in the roof or moveable with a gantry on tracks. The machine
can even be totally free with our new airborne gantry. The machine is
manufactured to comply with the CE regulations.

High Output P
is a
streamlined welding machine situated on a track. It can be operated on
a manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic basis with the assistance
of an integrated drive motor. The electrode holder is 1300 mm long and
is supplied with locking cylinders which ensures a very quick tool
change. Power and air cables are fed to the machine through a
"caterpillar" cable housing under the machine. The durable table and
leg sections are very stable and carefully produced under exact
tolerances.
FIAB HF welding machine model 3005 is a
very flexible
machine that can be adapted for a wide range of products. The machine
is excellent for the manufacture of products such as rain-wear,
boat covers, protective
covers
etc. The logical design has been derived from close cooperation with
many customers over a considerable length of time, and it is a formula
which combines optimised ergonomic possibility with a "quality-built"
long lasting production machine. This means that together with its
original product-dedicated tools, the highest precision and production
speed standards can be achieved. Effective screening has been
incorporated to minimize the risk of electromagnetic fields.
